Love the apt & location. Would prefer to have access to clubhouse via all doors 24 hrs with use of fob. Smaller doors r locked after hrs even for fob. All doors should be green access during business hrs to aid disability & delivery access. Staff is wonderful.

Overall, we have enjoyed living here. The staff is amazing and professional. The maintenance staff is particularly exceptional. All the staff are friendly and responsive to resident concerns, often making extreme efforts to accommodate resident’s needs and wishes. Personally , I’d rather not share certain spaces with dogs. The dog park is beautiful and there are nice spaces for owners to sit and relax while their dogs play and exercise. While most of the dogs are well behaved and friendly, I’d prefer not to have to smell, hear, and share spaces with them when eating or enjoying the clubhouse. Unfortunately, some owners don’t clean up behind their dogs and there are often odors and stains in the hallway carpets. There is no way staff can stay on top of it due to the many dogs here. I like dogs and find most of them here to be adorable, but we don’t currently have one because of the added responsibility of ownership. The people in the community are friendly and caring. We went from a home we loved but got to be too much to maintain to our new home at Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch and we’re loving it! It’s like we’re on vacation everyday with many choices of great things to do. We can just relax and enjoy peace and quiet or join in the many activities. We especially enjoy the pool and the many social events through out the month. This is the best decision we ever made!

I have been at Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch for little over one month. So far everyone has been friendly and helpful. I joined the bocce and corn hole players and physical balance class. I have been greatly received by all different groups. I even started eight ball competition on Tuesday with an average group of men and women of nine players. I hope the rest of the year will be just as enjoyable.

You hear a lot of complaints. This is Not one! The staff here is outstanding. From top to bottom. Even one is friendly, polite very helpful. My wife and I are very happy here at Amberlin. I hope this is passed on to the Amberlin staff !!

When I moved in, nice discount was applied. Now that I am renewing, total discount has gone away, which I expected, but an increase on top of losing the $258 discount per month is not a justified price increase. I am staying because I like the size of the property, convenience to shops and dining spots, and I have met some nice people here. We had a nice coffee machine for lattes and cappuccinos, which has now been replaced by a cheap system . This was a nice little amenity that gave me reasons to just interact with people….GONE!

I recently toured @ Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch in Wesley Chapel, Fl. Amberlin Wireglass Ranch is like a 10 Star Resort. The apartments are all very spacious, with high quality upgrades, and clearly shows the many finely details & features that Amberlin Wiregrass has to offer. Come see for yourself you will not be disappointed. In addition to the apartment Amberlin Wiregrass offer so many amenities & most of all I was very impressed with the staff of Amberlin Wireglass Ranch. I would highly recommend r you meet with Milton, Aileen, Kylie and Brent all of which are in my opinion an Exceptional Team, they all are so Friendly & Welcoming. Better Security Locked gates Gates sometimes not working Don't feel extremely secure. Doors to the building are sometimes not closed. Other entrance from outside the fence is open. That is my only not feeling secure!!! The security needs improvement

It’s for the re-sod of my patio lawn. I got good feedback about the landscaper is ordering the sod and we’re waiting for that and the installation. Obviously it’s not done yet but we’re working on it.

We just moved here 2 months ago and love living here at Amberlin Wiregrass. Kylie was absolutely wonderful throughout the process and is “so so good” at what she does. We love Kylie’s friendliness and positive spirit…it’s rare these days. She handled every step so it would be organized and efficient and we had a very smooth move. Renee and Eileen also do a spectacular job…thank you so much. Thanks again for all you do every single day…we do notice and appreciate all of it!

I have lived in two 55+ communities, both in states other than FL, and, as a career real estate professional, I diligently examine the competitive offerings in any area. I have to say that Amberlin, where I now reside, outshines every other senior apartment community in and near Tampa Bay. I have lived here for three months, long enough to render that judgment. My headline would be: “A place to make new friends and live in contentment.” Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sincere dedication to the well-being of residents are major factors in Amberlin’s success.

I am about to start the second year of my lease at Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch, and wanted to express how satisfied I am with the Maintenance Team. When I submit a maintenance request, usually by the next day Victor or the Manager will come and take care of it. Ana maintains the hallways and common areas. They are always spotless and smell wonderful. The main gates are now closed all the time, which makes me feel very secure. I am very happy here. I feel very safe and well cared for. I highly recommend Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch.

Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch is a lovely place to live. This community has great resident activities and lots of interesting guests from local vendors. The staff is friendly, professional and always ready to help. The maintenance team is very professional and responds quickly to requests.

What a wonderful place to live. After selling my home & moving from the northeast to Florida, I was skeptical about living in an apartment, but from day one, when Renee took me for a tour, I knew that I would be comfortable here. For a large complex, Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch feels warm & cozy. There’s plenty of natural light & my apartment is beautiful. I’m a swimmer so I’ll be taking advantage of the refreshing pool! Thank You, Renee, Kylie, Mitch & Aileen. The entire staff, from front office to maintenance is so very helpful. This is a lovely community.

I went to meet the community manager as a vendor the welcoming was wonderful and warm. The clubhouse was currently having a resident event, the residents were laughing and having fun. Mitchell the Community Manager took the time to speak to me for a few minutes regarding our services. The property is stunning, the amenities are endless. Pet friendly and light and bright! Definitely somewhere I would recommend.
