I really love living here and fortunately for me I haven’t had some of the problems in my apartment as others. I am disappointed in all the problems with the security gates and doors. I didn’t expect that with this being a new building. Also I walk in the hallways often and the carpets are stained with pet urine, foot prints etc., not a good look for us or visitors. I think scheduled carpet cleaning throughout is needed. Also I park in covered parking and my car is covered with debris from the ceiling, so more scheduled cleaning of the carports is needed. Also too many problems with the elevators being inoperable, again with a new building that shouldn’t be.

Don't do ANYTHING until you read this! We are a 60s/70s years old couple and recently moved to Wesley Chapel, Florida from Tennesee. Like many others in our age group, we are retired and have a desire to live in an active "community" of like people. We initially rented an apartment in Wesley Chapel but after two months realized it was not meeting our needs. We wanted opportunities to make friends, play games, exercize and have other activities to attend in our apartment community. We also wanted to be near shopping areas and the medical facilities. We are not ready for or interested in a mobile home park, Independent Living or Assisted Living. We found the newly built Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch 55+ Apartments conveniently located on Bruce B. Downs, between SR56 and SR54. We had no idea just how many of those needs and wants this fabulous place met! My service request was not completed. I opened a new one for the missing item and no response in two days. There was no maintenance notice left letting me know who did the work and what was done. The items that were fixed which were caused by the recent electrical outage due to lighting hitting the building were done timely and thoroughly.
