Don't do ANYTHING until you read this! We are a 60s/70s years old couple and recently moved to Wesley Chapel, Florida from Tennesee. Like many others in our age group, we are retired and have a desire to live in an active "community" of like people. We initially rented an apartment in Wesly Chapel but after two months realized it was not meeting our needs. We wanted opportunities to make friends, play games, exercize and have other activities to attend in our apartment community. We also wanted to be near shopping areas and the medical facilities. We are not ready for or interested in a mobile home park, Independent Living or Assisted Living. We found the newly built Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch 55+ Apartments conveniently located on Bruce B. Downs, between SR56 and SR54. We had no idea just how many of those needs and wants this fabulous place met! After meeting with Leasing Agent Renee, we took a tour of the property, saw all of it's awesome amenities including a large pool with a cascading wall waterfall, gas

I visited Amberlyn Wiregrass Ranch in Wesley Chapel, Florida, and was genuinely impressed by how beautiful and well-maintained the property is. The grounds are pristine, with lush landscaping and spotless common areas that really make the community stand out. What stands out most is how it feels when you’re here. It truly feels like you’re at a resort, with that relaxed, upscale atmosphere throughout the grounds. The maintenance team deserves special recognition. They respond quickly to requests and keep everything running smoothly. I also enjoyed the range of activities available, from fitness classes to social events, which make it easy to stay active and connected. Overall, Amberlyn Wiregrass Ranch offers a wonderful living experience with exceptional upkeep and a vibrant community atmosphere. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-rounded place to call home.

The only thing that would have made the tour better would have been if I could have seen the actual unit I leased.

Love the apt & location. Would prefer to have access to clubhouse via all doors 24 hrs with use of fob. Smaller doors r locked after hrs even for fob. All doors should be green access during business hrs to aid disability & delivery access. Staff is wonderful.

Overall, we have enjoyed living here. The staff is amazing and professional. The maintenance staff is particularly exceptional. All the staff are friendly and responsive to resident concerns, often making extreme efforts to accommodate resident’s needs and wishes. Personally , I’d rather not share certain spaces with dogs. The dog park is beautiful and there are nice spaces for owners to sit and relax while their dogs play and exercise. While most of the dogs are well behaved and friendly, I’d prefer not to have to smell, hear, and share spaces with them when eating or enjoying the clubhouse. Unfortunately, some owners don’t clean up behind their dogs and there are often odors and stains in the hallway carpets. There is no way staff can stay on top of it due to the many dogs here. I like dogs and find most of them here to be adorable, but we don’t currently have one because of the added responsibility of ownership. The people in the community are friendly and caring. Between what Amberlin provides and residen
