I am about to start the second year of my lease at Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch, and wanted to express how satisfied I am with the Maintenance Team. When I submit a maintenance request, usually by the next day Victor or the Manager will come and take care of it. Ana maintains the hallways and common areas. They are always spotless and smell wonderful. The main gates are now closed all the time, which makes me feel very secure. I am very happy here. I feel very safe and well cared for. I highly recommend Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch.

Every one of the staff members are just wonderful. I dealt mostly with Renee and she was top-notch. My journey was a challenge because I had to sell my condo to be here and everyone was very encouraging. Luckily my stars were in alignment!!! Thanks again for everyone here.

Renee Zollo has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She has gone the extra mile to help provide me with obtaining answers to my questions to assist me in the decision making process. Eileen and Kylie have been helpful and a delight to work with. Everyone has been very patient with me.

Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch is a lovely place to live. This community has great resident activities and lots of interesting guests from local vendors. The staff is friendly, professional and always ready to help. The maintenance team is very professional and responds quickly to requests. Special Thanks to Renee, Kylie, Aileen and Victor. Thank you Mitch for the weekly updates on monthly activities and inspections that are coming up.

I went to Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch. It's new. It's only about two or three years old. Everything is very convenient. The apartment I was going to lease overlooked the pool area. The layout is very convenient. The clubhouse is right there. They have nice amenities. They have a fitness center. They have a calendar of events. They have gatherings in a little party room inside the clubhouse. The management was very nice. They told me they were pet-friendly. As I was leaving, I decided to take my dog for a walk around the community because I had chosen an apartment, and I was going to move forward with doing my application. This woman, who lives there, came out of the clubhouse and was very nasty to me. She was nasty to me about walking around the community. She made a remark about, "We don't like dogs here," and so I said, "Who wants to live around that?" So, I called the manager, the leasing agent, the next day, and I told her exactly what happened. She knew exactly who the woman was, but she never followed thro

Maintenance guys are always very responsive. Victor responded same day to the maintenance request and replaced a cover that fell off one of the kitchen ceiling lights. He or someone else also repaired the locks on my apartment doors yesterday while I was out for a doctors appointmentI. I had not had a chance to put in a work order for it, but was pleasantly surprised when I came home and found it had been taken care of.

I was very surprise walking into the club house and being greeted with nothing but smiles by the staff. There’s always activities going on, the perfect place for anyone looking for a community to be a part of. Very beautiful and clean facility!

We had 7 lights go out because of a lighting hit. It took some time to get the repair parts. Lots of lights in our building went out . They were finally replaced in our apartment and some in the hallways. Thank you Bass.

Victor and Bas make a great team. They work extremely well together and individually…. they have definitely met and exceeded my expectations regarding maintenance services here at Amberlin. they are both efficient, very flexible,, very respectful of resident needs. This is clearly more than “just a job” for them both!

What a wonderful place to live. After selling my home & moving from the northeast to Florida, I was skeptical about living in an apartment, but from day one, when Renee took me for a tour, I knew that I would be comfortable here. For a large complex, Amberlin Wiregrass Ranch feels warm & cozy. There’s plenty of natural light & my apartment is beautiful. I’m a swimmer so I’ll be taking advantage of the refreshing pool! Thank You, Renee, Kylie, Mitch & Aileen. The entire staff, from front office to maintenance is so very helpful. This is a lovely community.
